What makes it different

Local options, with links
Every option is a local place, group or activity, with a link to where we found it. There are group options and ones you can do solo. Days and times are shown when the venue confirms them.
A real person, if you want one
If you register your interest, a Community Worker can refer you to local groups and services that suit you.
Support that follows up
After you are referred, the Community Worker keeps track of your referral and checks in to see how it went.

Connecting people with local groups and activities can improve wellbeing and ease pressure on health services.
